Management Team The management team is headed by our Head of Insurance Operations Paul Rowley FCII DipM MCIM.

Paul is supported by four managers who are responsible for delivering the personal service that our customers benefit from.

Rob Stephenson ACII is the Claims Manager - responsible for all aspects of the claims service.

Simon Wolstenholme FCII Chartered Insurer is the Church and Commercial Underwriting Manager – responsible for new and existing policies for church and business customers.

Theresa Wych ACII Chartered Insurer is the Business Development Manager - responsible for maintaining and building relations with our customers.

The management team is supported by Helen Willcox who acts as their Management Coordinator.
